Statement

I am a Londoner living in Boston. I began my formal art training at the University of the Arts London-Wimbledon College of Arts, and received my Master of Fine Arts degree from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.
My inspiration comes from topical issues, such as climate change and politics, and timeless themes, such as hope, love and resilience. My imagery conveys optimism and the promise of a better future.
With repeated passes through the press, my monotypes explore texture, depth and hue, often deliberately extending the image beyond the plate’s impression, expanding the compositional plane. Drawing upon historical symbology, classical imagery, the fragility of flora and fauna, and combining a range of printmaking techniques, a delicate line, multi-layered color palette, and balance, my works can be read as visual commentary on our time.
