Statement
My most personal feelings of wholeness, perhaps centeredness, occur when I am outdoors, in nature. It is that catch throat beautiful twilight. The incredible feverish summer fields alive with sound. The pale ghostly moonlight.
What compels me to create my artwork is to share my affinity for the mystery, beauty and timelessness of landscape. These moments of exquisiteness bring me closest to a portrayal of what is “true” and universally the essence of spirit. By exploring the duality of shadow and light, I hope, through my art, to convey my experience with my audience.
